Stress Management

Aromatherapy – the touch of the massage & the smell of the essential oils – is one of the finest treatments available for stress & the emotions. The properties of the essential oils release our inner feelings & open our minds.


It is no accident that so many of the essential oils regarded as anti depressants are the product of summer flowers, for example, Lavender, Geranium, Neroli, Ylang-Ylang & etc. They evoke warm, sunny days & happy associations.

Aromatherapy is a supportive therapy, which help people cope with any type of illness. It is very useful for treating the physical symptoms of stress. Receiving smells & massage that promote relaxation helps the brain to maintain the body’s balance so that organs can function efficiently. Make sure you choose essential oils that you like the smell of, other wise you will not gain any benefits from them.

Other than aromatherapy, there are few things that need to be carrying out simultaneously.

1. Create a haven – select calm colours, use sound to change the atmosphere & add plants or other aspect of nature.

2. Calm the mind – exercise or meditation

3. Make time to take time – Writing lists of things to do, reward yourself, commit to yourself when & where to relax.
