Migraine, did you know?

Migraine headaches are caused by excessive contraction or dilation of the brain's blood vessels. Migraine headaches produce a severe throbbing pain, centered in the temples or behind one ear. Typically lasting for 2 to 72 hours. Migraine can be triggered by allergies, stress, lack or excess of sleep, blocked sinuses, irritated or inflamed blood vessels in the scalp and hormonal changes.
